Our couriers try their best to deliver all parcels sent out. However, if the parcel is not collected from their depot after 2 failed delivery attempts then it will eventually be returned back to us. On these occasions it is unfortunately necessary for us to charge a re-delivery fee in order to send out the parcel again.
