We are pleased to be able to offer free delivery to all customers in the Mainland UK and Ireland.  Simply purchase any combination of goods with a value over £30 (including VAT) and you will be charged ZERO for delivery at checkout.

We try to keep our delivery charges as fair and easy to understand as possible for all our customers. Most of our items are despatched with DPD's 48hr service and some are sent with Parcelforce 48Hour.

Please allow 14 working days from the time you place your order for delivery to UK as delays can occur when we are very busy.

Current Average Delivery Time: 3 working days from time of ordering*.

Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your entire cart. Therefore you can add as many items as you want and still pay the same postage charge provided that it remains within the same weight category. We work on a basic shipping cost for 25Kg as this is the maximum we can send in one parcel with our couriers. Therefore if you buy 50Kg you will be charged the standard shipping rate twice. Please note that our weights have to be adjusted for both packaging weight and the number of items we can physically put in a box. For example we can only send four 5L jars per box so the weight of each 5L jar is adjusted to 6.25Kg. We are constantly working to improve our shipping costs in order to give our customers the best deal possible.

UK and Ireland

  • Up to 25Kg: £8.40
  • 200Kg - 1000Kg: £90
Please note: If you are buying multiple individual items up to a total weight of over 200Kg  (eg 8x25Kg Bags or 10 Cases (4x5L) you may be able to reduce your postage costs below £90 by splitting your order in two or by giving us a call first.

UK Islands (Including Channel Islands)

We are able to deliver to most offshore locations around the UK and to the channel islands however a surcharge will apply.  Please contact us for advice before ordering on 02894 465 753.
